SOCCER MOMS FROM HELL (SMFH) by Richard Cummings is the winner of the New Haven Theater Company 2009 Pick Our Play Contest, which asked the audience to submit and then vote on a play for NHTC to produce. SMFH is a hard hitting satirical farce that makes fun of everyone. Set in the upscale suburbia of Darien and Greenwich, CT, two families are pushed into revolt by the appearance of a ghostly figure from the 60’s. In the pot filled haze, sex, drugs and rock n’ roll are debated along side politics, social justice and family values. No one is safe, and everyone is to blame.
