New Haven Theater Company's entry into the New Works New Haven festival, Toby Armour's play Cindy, was honored last Saturday with awards for Best Actress (Kim Mueller), Best Supporting Actress (Ann Hutchinson) and Best Director (T. Paul Lowry, NHTC's Creative Director) at the festival's awards ceremony.
