Listen Here! has caught the eye of the New York Times. NHTC has teamed up with the New Haven Review, The Arts Council and four local coffee shops to present a free weekly reading series of short stories. In only our second month, the buzz is great, and the rooms are packed with people listening to our wonderful actors reading great stories.

Meter Theater in the New Haven Register

Meter TheaterNew Haven Register Entertainment Editor Patrick Ferrucci highlights NHTC's Meter Theater in a writeup of Festival of Arts and Ideas Programming. His prediction turned out to be true:

Of course the actors are good...

UPDATE: WTNH Channel 8 Weatherman Geoff Fox has also blogged us.

A very insightful blog post at the Arts and Ideas website not only describes a performance of Meter Theater, but offers a number of insightful observations about the artistic mission of the project.
